Each year, BOMA Edmonton + North’s Brokers’ Forum brings together leading commercial real estate advisors to share what they are seeing, hearing and navigating in the market right now.

MULTIFAMILY | Amit Grover
Principal, Multifamily | Avison Young

Amit Grover is a commercial real estate broker specializing in multifamily apartment sales, with more than 20 years of experience navigating Canada’s evolving housing markets. Since beginning his career in 2005, he has completed nearly $2 billion in transactions across more than 10,000 apartment units, advising institutional capital and some of the country’s most active private owners.

Amit leads a growing five-person team providing strategic advisory services across the development lifecycle, from land acquisition and repositioning through to the sale of fully stabilized apartment assets. His approach combines market, capital, policy and supply dynamics to help clients make informed long-term decisions.

INDUSTRIAL | Andy Horvath
Partner | Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton

Andy Horvath has spent 26 years with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton, specializing in all aspects of industrial sales and leasing. His experience spans lease renewals, land sales and assembly, corporate relocations, acquisitions and dispositions, new development and tenant-specific design builds.

Andy advises corporate clients on local, national and global real estate matters and is frequently sought out for his industrial market insight. He also speaks annually at the Alberta Real Estate Forum and serves as National Liaison for Cushman & Wakefield’s Edmonton office.

RETAIL | Eric Slatter
Managing Partner | Omada Commercial

Eric Slatter is a founding partner of Omada Commercial with more than 19 years of commercial real estate experience. He represents landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers across a broad range of transactions, with a particular focus on property sales and leasing.

Eric has advised local, national and international organizations across the private, public, education and non-profit sectors. His extensive transaction experience and deep understanding of Edmonton’s retail market give him a firsthand perspective on how changing costs, consumer patterns and market conditions are influencing deals today.

With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Cory Wosnack is a Principal and Managing Director at Avison Young and one of Alberta’s most active commercial real estate advisors. He has completed many of the market’s most significant transactions and has been named to Avison Young’s Circle of Excellence ten times, recognizing the firm’s leading performers worldwide.

Cory also serves on Avison Young’s Global Executive Committee and brings both local market experience and a broader perspective on the forces influencing commercial real estate strategy and investment.
