HAYS will be hosting an online webinar where they will provide insight into the local Alberta labour market and will present labour data, exclusive to the Real Estate sector. This will cover both Employer and Employee trends, providing an opportunity for all attendees to understand current expectations of the Real Estate workforce and how to ensure that your brand is an “employer of choice”.


PRESENTERS

Darian Goldrich – Senior Manager | Property, Construction and Architecture

Darian joined Hays in September 2019 and has rapidly ascended to become a premier expert in his field. His current role involves overseeing the Property, Construction, and Architecture teams across the prairies. Born and raised in Grande Prairie, Darian’s educational journey led him to the University of Lethbridge, where he graduated with a  Bachelor of Management in Human Resources. For nearly five years, he has resided in Calgary with his fiancé, granting him a distinctive perspective and an in-depth understanding of the entire Alberta market. Darian’s passion lies in cultivating and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates within the property sector. His commitment to understanding their needs and aspirations ensures successful matches and positive outcomes.


Adam West – Recruitment Consultant | Property and Facilities

Adam joined Hays in April 2023, has been spearheading recruitment efforts for the Property & Facilities Management Team across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. His deep-rooted connection to Calgary, where he was born and raised, has facilitated the establishment of robust relationships with clients and candidates within the local real estate sector. As a dedicated professional, Adam thrives on understanding his customers’ desires and requirements, all while navigating the intricacies of matching them with suitable opportunities. Witnessing candidates discover their dream roles and achieve their career aspirations is a rewarding aspect of his role. Beyond his professional endeavors, Adam is an avid hockey and sports enthusiast. With a decade-long background in managing Canadian Jr. A Hockey teams and Hockey Canada experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
